An electronic (Email) confirmation of your travel voucher purchase will sent to your chosen email address at the time of your purchase. This Electronic package delivery serves as delivery, fulfillment, and proof of your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

*** This cancellation policy applies only to credit and/or debit cards issued by banks or financial entities within the United States.

You have 15 days from the purchase date to request a cancellation and/or refund of your purchase.

We want each of our travelers to be comfortable with their vacation purchase. Thus, besides guaranteeing that all your friends will be jealous of huge savings you got from this offer and excellent customer service our team provides, we also offer you a “money-back” guarantee.

If within 15 days from the date of purchase you decide that for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and that you wish to give up the saving contained in this vacation package, simply notify us and be sure to provide your receipt number or Customer ID and we will refund 100% of the package price you paid within 30 days from the date of your request! That’s it! That’s how confident we are that you will fall in love with your vacation deal!

If you decide to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel by sending notice. In order to receive a refund expeditiously, a cancellation request form must be completed and sent via email, fax or mail to:

This contract is for the purchase of a vacation packages, consumers have the right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract.

Lakes Global reserves the right to process, if necessary, any and all refunds to clients via corporate check which will be mailed by priority mail services or wire transfer within 30 days of refund request by the accounting department of Lakes Global Enterprise, Inc.

This is a promotional package and is subject to these terms and conditions:

Traveler is entitled to purchase as many vacation packages as desired, however, one vacation package cannot be combined with another vacation package.

The vacation packages cannot be used consecutively thus a waiting period of two months between traveling on the second travel package must be imposed.

Your vacation does not include the following: Flights and/or Airfare, Meals, Hotel Taxes, and Service Charges, Fuel surcharges, Florida sales tax and/or Gratuities.

This is a very popular program and space is subject to availability (Christmas and New Year’s excluded). Therefore, we require you to send your reservation forms at least 30 days prior to the start of your vacation. Space is extremely limited during other peak holiday and seasonal times. Therefore, fulfillment reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.

By purchasing you agree to and understand that All FINAL CREDITS are processed by the accounting department of Lakes Global Enterprise, Inc.

By purchasing you hereby waive your right to dispute your purchase, or file and/or initiate a charge-back with your bank/creditor.

By purchasing you hereby authorize Lakes Global Enterprise, Inc and its marketing partners, agents and/or affiliates to contact you by mail, email and/or telephone concerning your request.
